Equilibrium Consulting started out with a hope and a dream – that one day, we would be able to bring together a group of people that are committed to helping others to grow their business, and their lives, to be authentic, joyful, and meaningful. I had hoped that one day, I’d find others to join me in this goal – people with diverse backgrounds, who had amazing skills that complemented others in the group, and that believed strongly in the calling to be of service to others.

So, I’m both thrilled and honored to announce that one of the most vital, energetic, brilliant women that I know – Mollena Williams – is joining me as a Communications & Social Media Consultant!

Mollena has a rich history in marketing and communications; most recently, she was involved with online community management with Bondage.com and Alt.com, where she helped with brand marketing & user outreach for paid online communities. Her 15 years experience in Banking & Finance means that she has a comprehensive understanding of corporate communications & customer service. With (literally!) a lifetime of experience in theater & performance, she is expert at bringing unsurpassed energy & polish to any presentation and interaction – as well as being able to teach you how to present to anyone, anywhere, with poise and precision. And as BDSM & sexuality educator, she understands the importance of clear, compassionate, non-judgmental, goal-oriented messaging. I’m personally thrilled to have her come on board; she’s an amazing woman and I have enjoyed my work with her over the past year or so, and we know that many of you will find her skills immeasurably helpful to your work.

Mollena and Sarah are available, both individually and as a team, to consult with you and help you reach the successes that you deserve. They are also backed up by a part-time, dedicated administrative assistant, Vinny, who is an amazing researcher and promotion expert, with tons of experience in non-profit / NGO / event planning & production.
