Your privacy is of paramount importance to us; this includes your projects, personal information, technical information, and methods of doing business. Your information will never be distributed in any format without your express prior permission. We will also not publicize our client list, either by individual or group, to any entity or on any internet or social media site. Any information on our website in the form of testimonials has been offered by our clients directly for Equilibrium Consultings promotional use.
Respect
We will support, encourage, and help develop your business with a sense of respect for what you do. Many sex positive businesses, educators, and activists endure criticism and harassment because of the concepts that they work with; we support full spectrum consensual sexual education and empowerment. We do not believe in shaming, guilting, or otherwise ridiculing anyone because of the type of work that they engage in.

Each consultant and assistant is offered fair, negotiable compensation, and is offered work based on their skills and talents. All of our employees are independent contractors, but agree to and uphold our standards as noted above.
